Parshan
Managing Partner of the firm and the head of our campaign division, Parshan has run multiple statewide campaigns in California, sponsored and passed many pieces of legislation, and led state and federal advocacy operations for over a decade.
With over ten years of experience in campaigning and government relations, Parshan has led statewide campaigns to amend the California constitution, to establish multi-billion dollar bonds in order to pay for various infrastructure expenses in the state’s public K-12 and higher education systems, and has successfully led the charge in passing numerous pieces of legislation in the state of California by building massive coalitions of diverse groups and organizations.
With a Master’s Degree in Public Policy, a Bachelor’s Degree in Education, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science, Parshan is a policy expert. With his expertise and his long and successful career in affecting change and influencing decision makers, he is able to identify the best policies and strategies that our clients need to achieve their goals.
Adam
Senior Partner, COO of our company, and the head of our lobbying and government relations division, Adam has over seven years of experience in the field with another five years in communications and public relations.
Adam has had a long and successful career in consulting, communications, and government relations. With over twelve years of experience in communications and public affairs, as well as over five years of experience in lobbying and government relations, Adam can work to incorporate strategic plans, microtargeting systems, and traditional outreach methods to maximize our effectiveness in garnering support for legislative and regulatory decisions.
With a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and a Bachelor’s Degree in Science and Technology Studies, in addition to a focus on science and technology law in his Juris Doctor program at the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, Adam’s expertise is in integrating traditional public affairs and modern technological systems, in creating and drafting legislation, and in pursuing policy goals to ensure their success.
Having worked at public affairs and government relations firms such as Dewey Square Group and Stateside Associates, Adam is well versed in working with clients to perfect strategies and achieve what our clients need us to.
Francois
A Senior Partner and the firm’s Chief Technology Officer, Francois manages the company’s technological and data services. Having worked in data science and analysis for over five years, Francois began his career in 2017 while serving as the Administrative Director and Data Analyst for the Sarah Smith for Congress campaign in Washington’s 9th Congressional District. With his crucial contribution and cutting-edge scientific approach, the campaign went on to be the most successful primary challenge in the district in over 20 years.
With a Bachelor’s Degree from UC Davis in Political Science and Geographic Information Systems, in addition to a focus on policy-making and governance in his Master’s in Transportation Technology & Policy program, Francois has since elevated his skills and expanded his approach to data-driven campaigning, helping numerous Democratic campaigns on a state and federal level in both Washington and California. While serving as the President of the California Democratic Council, he maintained and expanded the Council’s portfolio to provide websites and databases for more than 50 Democratic groups in California. He has consulted with various Democratic organizations across the state, and has successfully worked with non-profits and Party organizations to bring a data-driven approach to government relations and policy–making efforts.
